1 General Terms & Conditions

73zbd (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 73zbd and you (the member or user). 2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 73zbd, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be closed at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Registration Terms:

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and email address at the time of registration.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• The phone number and email address provided must be active and reachable for future correspondence.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.

3 Age Verification & Underage Policy

73zbd is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are prohibited from registering, playing, or conducting any financial transactions on the 73zbd Platform. We take age verification seriously and reserve the right to verify any account at any time.

If a member is found to have registered using a false age, the account will be immediately closed and all funds within it will be forfeited. 73zbd urges parents and guardians to monitor their children's online activity.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on 73zbd can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. All deposits are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. Funds are generally credited to your balance within a few seconds to a maximum of 15 minutes.

Important Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• Deposits must come from a payment account in the member's own name.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawals on 73zbd are fully transparent and processed quickly. Requests are typically handled within 8 to 30 minutes on average. First-time withdrawals may require KYC verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: A wagering requirement of typically 20x–35x the bonus amount must be met before any withdrawal.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members once only. Claiming a bonus across multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.

Gaming Terms:

• Game results are final. No outcome will be changed except in the case of a technical error.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 73zbd Platform in order to maintain a fair environment for all users. Violations will result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

• Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
• Using software, bots, or any automated tools to play games.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system in any way.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bonuses or game outcomes.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or loophole in the platform.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

73zbd reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account if a member violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in suspicious activity. Members may also choose to temporarily or permanently close their own account through self-exclusion.

• Funds in accounts closed due to rule violations may not be refunded.
• Any valid balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.
• Records of any ongoing transactions will be retained after account closure.

10 Limitation of Liability

Participation in any gaming activity on the 73zbd Platform is entirely at the member's own discretion and risk. 73zbd is not liable for gaming losses, technical errors, or third-party actions. That said, we are always committed to resolving member issues as quickly as possible.

• 73zbd is not responsible for game losses resulting from internet outages.
• In the event of a verified technical error, the bet(s) for the affected game may be voided and refunded.
• 73zbd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• 73zbd is not liable for any losses caused by issues with a member's own device or network connection.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

73zbd treats the privacy of members' personal information with the utmost care. We only collect data necessary for account management, payment processing, and legal compliance. Members' information is never sold to third parties.
